We would like to clarify that these terms, conditions, policies, and rules constitute a legally binding contract between all users of the 'Try Doctor' platform and application, including – but not limited to – recruitment offices, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacies, laboratories, medical centers, hospitals, medical courses, medical supplies, physical therapy centers, and medical employment and recruitment, as well as browsers, and 'Try Media Smart', the owner of the platform and application, to organize usage. These terms apply once you access the platform or application or browse it. By doing so, you confirm and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using or browsing the application.

General Terms

Pharmacies are allowed to upload their medicines at their own legal responsibility. We are not responsible for any details related to them. The pharmacy is solely responsible according to the law.
Service providers are the first party, including – but not limited to – hospitals, medical employment and recruitment companies, pharmaceutical companies, medical supply companies, laboratories, diagnostic and radiology centers, and medical tourism companies. The second party is 'Try Media Smart', the owner of the 'Try Doctor' platform and application, as well as browsers.
We reiterate that we bear no responsibility as the second party, as we are merely facilitators and organizers of services online. The third party is responsible for selecting and following up on the services provided, with no responsibility on the second party.
The Try Doctor platform and application may not be used for illegal purposes without limitation.
No information from the platform and application may be transferred or disseminated, as the Try Doctor platform and application retain intellectual property rights and trademarks.
The Try Doctor platform and application do not have editorial control or responsibility over content provided by third parties or any opinions, data, products, services, or other information, including medical experts. We do not make any representations regarding the accuracy and reliability of the information.
We do not control links leading to other applications, programs, data, or advertisements.

Limitation of Legal Liability

We cannot and do not bear any legal responsibility for the use or misuse of content or information provided or received through the Try Doctor platform and application by the first party, third party, or any external entity.

Legal Jurisdiction Agreement

The courts of Alexandria Governorate in the Arab Republic of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes and shall be the sole authority to resolve them.

Payment and Refund Methods

You can pay at the service location provided to you.
You can authorize the Try Doctor platform and application to make payments for you and pay the service providers through the payment methods available on the platform and application.
Refunds will be made to the same account as the original payment according to the service provider's conditions and cancellation methods.
